The Secret

I think of you,
And remember the times we spent together,

As I stare into the deep blue sky.
It's times like this when I just want to cry.

It's hard getting along without you here,
But having my secret revealed is what I fear.

I can never tell you how much I care,
It's just the way the world is, and it's just not fair.

But I'd like for you to be my friend,
I just have to know that this isn't the end.

My secret will remain, locked forever in my heart,
